Assays performed before and after bone marrow transplantation (BMT). PMN were treated with 5 μg/mL cytochalasin B for 3 minutes, then by 400 nmol/L fMLP for 5 minutes, or fMLP alone, or 10 ng/mL PMA alone for 5 minutes.
