Binding of Cvx to murine hematopoietic cell lines.

Hematopoietic cell lines were transduced with a retrovirus expressing murine GPVI (mGPVI). Control cells were transduced with the empty virus. The cells were incubated with FITC-coupled Cvx or FITC-coupled bothrojaracin as a control and analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) FDC-P1, (B) Ba/F3, and (C) 32D.
