Mice were exposed to UV-C irradiation for 30 minutes, 24 hours after transfer of CD44+ CD25+ precursors. The percentage of Ly 5.2+ and Ly 5.2− MHC II+ LCs and DDCs is indicated. Data are representative of 2 independent experiments with similar results.
