Untransduced DCs (mock) and DCs transduced with either HIV-1ΔEN or HIV-1ΔEN V3 were loaded with (+ tyr) or without (−tyr) the tyrosinase cytotoxic T-cell epitope and subsequently co-incubated with a CD8⁺ tyrosinase peptide-specific T-cell line at the E:T ratio of 40:1 (A).
