Immunofluorescence analysis of HIF-1α expression in HepG2 cells.

HepG2 cells were treated with hypoxia (1% oxygen) and/or CPX (8 μmol/L) for 4 hours, and HIF-1α was detected using the monoclonal antibody mgc314 followed by a fluorescein isothiocyanate–conjugated secondary antibody.
