Relationships between CD4⁺ T-cell regeneration at 3 months and 12 months of age, CD34⁺ cell numbers infused, and T-cell number infused at the time of PBPC-supported chemotherapy.

For patients who received multiple cycles of PBPC-supported chemotherapy, the mean CD34 and mean T-cell numbers received/cycle are shown. Statistical significance is observed only for the relationship between age and CD4⁺ T-cell count at 12 months (P = .039) using the Spearman correlation.
