MEFV expression and C5a-inhibitor activity in normal peritoneal and synovial fibroblast cell cultures.

RT-PCR was performed with the use of the normal primers as described in Figure 1. C5a-inhibitor activity is shown at the bottom and was assayed by the MPO release assay as described in “Materials and methods.” A₄₉₀ readings for control C5a-induced MPO release were 0.39 to 0.62.
