Cos7 cells transiently transfected with KD or WT Bcr-Abl-ECFP and Grb4-EYFP were visualized by means of fluorescence microscopy. KD Bcr-Abl and WT Bcr-Abl appear in green; Grb4 appears in red; and the colocalization of both proteins appears in yellow.
