(A) 200 ng/mL PTx or 10 μg/mL C3 exotoxin (C3) was added during permeabilization. Uptake of large molecules during permeabilization as measured by uptake of FITC-Dextran (0.5 mg/mL) was seen in 46% of the total cells.
