NOD/SCID mice given transplants of 10 × 106 Namalwa cells intraperitoneally were treated with 75 mg/kg (⧫) or 25 mg/kg (▪) of rituximab. Delay in tumor growth was not significantly different in mice given 75 mg/kg of rituximab and those given 25 mg/kg on days 3, 5, and 7 (n = 4 per group).
