Resting tonsillar B cells were stimulated with SAC in the presence or absence of 2 μg/mL rituximab. (A) Total protein extracts were prepared from 1.5 × 106 cells for each time point and analyzed in Western blots with the indicated antibodies. (B) Total RNA was extracted at the indicated times. RNA (20 μg/mL) was analyzed by Northern blot analysis using the indicated probes. The lower panel shows the photograph of the ethidium bromide stained blot.
