FACS analysis, sorting, and inverse PCR of T and B cells.

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with anti-CD2–FITC or anti-CD20–PE, and positive cells were sorted using a Coulter Epics Elite instrument. Sorted populations had purities greater than 99%. Eleven proviral integration patterns from animal 1 and 7 from animal 2 were detected between 24 and 40 weeks after transplantation.
