Differential effects between N17Rac1 and N17CDC42 on the PMA-induced spreading on immobilized FN in BALL cells.

(A) Cells were cultured in 24-well plates coated with FN (10 μg/mL) in the absence or presence of PMA (100 ng/mL) for 12 hours. The morphology of the BALL cells was photographed by phase-contrast microscopy. Original magnification, × 200.
