Expression of nuclear retinoid receptors in cultured mast cells grown in SCF.

The cDNA of the nuclear retinoid receptors in cultured mast cells grown in SCF alone or SCF+ATRA at 10⁻⁷ mol/L was amplified by 35 cycles. As positive controls, Panc-1 cells were used for the expression of RARγ, and RPMI 8226 cells exposed to ATRA at 10⁻⁷ mol/L for 24 hours were used for the expression of the other receptors.
