Evaluation of intra-assay reproducibility of IgH real-time quantitation.

Intra-assay reproducibility is demonstrated by quantifying 7 replicates of samples that contained 100%, 1.0%, and 0.01% 697 cells in normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
