Pulse chase analysis of c-Myc turnover in Burkitt's and BJAB lymphoma cells.

Cells were pulse labeled with ³⁵S-methionine followed by a chase in medium containing cold methionine for indicated time points. Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with pan-Myc antiserum and analyzed by SDS-PAGE as described in “Materials and Methods.”
