C127 cells expressing human TFPI were incubated with35SO4 for 96 hours, after which the culture medium was collected and immunoprecipitated with anti-TFPI as described under “Materials and Methods.” The immunoprecipitates were analyzed via SDS-PAGE and autoradiography (right), or via Western blot analysis using TFPI monoclonal antibody 2H8 (left).
