Only with permeabilization was significant granular vWF staining seen. Confocal images of cells preincubated for 48 hours with medium (C) or IL-13 (50 ng/mL) after histamine (10−5 mol/L) stimulation for 10 minutes (D). A clear increase in P-selectin expression was observed.
