Indicated mAbs were added at the start of the MLC. (A) The proliferative response was determined by 3H incorporation at day 6 of the cultures. (B) The presence of IL-2 (day 3) and IFN-γ (day 6) was analyzed in culture supernatants. (C) Percentage-specific lysis of allogeneic target cells is shown, in the absence of mAbs, at different E/T ratios. Effector cells were derived from the control of mAb-blocked primary MLCs. SD < 10%.
