Effect of thrombin on growth of B16F10 cells.
One × 106 cells, grown in 10% FCS were washed in RPMI, starved for 24 hours in the absence of FCS and then incubated for 1 to 7 days in the presence of 0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1 U/mL thrombin in 1% FCS.
