(A) Anti-α₂ (mAb Ha1/29) (•), combined anti-α₂ and anti-β₁ (mAb HMβ1-1) (○), anti-α₄ (mAb TA-2) (▾), and anti-α₅ (mAb HMα5-1) (▿) integrin antibodies (100 μg/mL). (B) The α₂β₁-binding peptide DGEA (25 mM) (•), α₄β₁-binding peptide SLIDIP (500 μM) (▾), and α₅β₁-binding peptide RGDGW (500 μM) (▿). Data are based on calculation of mean migration velocity during 10- to 20-minute periods and presented as means ± SD of 4 to 5 experiments for each reagent tested.
