106 B-type chronic lymphocytic leukemia LS-109 cells per mL were cultured for 24 hours in RPMI 1640 with 10% fetal calf serum. Culture supernatants were analyzed in a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for TNF-α. Mean values represent mean of 2 separate cultures each analyzed in triplicates with SEM.
