Levels of TCRBV expression determined by qPCR in 24 TCRBV families were transformed into Δ scores that represent the overall change in TCRBV repertoire between 2 consecutive time points. The linear regression line of Δ over time was drawn, and the value of the slope appears in the upper right corner.
