Antigen-induced IL-5 production in BALF is decreased in Stat5a^−/− mice and Stat5b^−/− mice.

OVA-sensitized mice were challenged with inhaled OVA. At 24 hours after OVA inhalation, IL-5 levels in the BALF were determined by ELISA. Data are means ± SD for 5 mice in each group.
