RFs and anti-ssDNA Abs were measured 48 weeks after the treatment (striped bars), B6 mice (black bars), and nontreated MRL/lpr mice (white bars). Autoantibodies in normal B6 and nontreated MRL/lpr mice were measured at 20 weeks of age. The results are expressed as the mean ± SD of 6 mice.
