Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) is functional in B9-WT and B9-TD Cells.

Parental B9, B9 MINV, B9-WT, and B9-TD cells were subjected to an in vitro kinase assay with the use of anti-FGFR3 to initially immunoprecipitate FGFR3. Presence or absence of the ligand acidic fibroblast growth factor is indicated. Autophosphorylation of FGFR3 is apparent in B9-WT and B9-TD cells, demonstrating functionality of the expressed protein.
