Expression of MEFV in a collection of normal human tissue cDNAs.

cDNAs of normal human tissue were obtained (OriGene Technologies Inc, Rockville, MD), and PCR with specific primers for either MEFV(30 cycles) or β-actin (22 cycles) was performed.
