Expression of CXCR4 on CD41^brightc-kit^bright cells.

CD41^bright c-kit^bright cells were labeled with antimurine CXCR4 polyclonal antibody followed by biotin-conjugated secondary antibody and stained with avidin-conjugated Cy-chrome. The left-hand panel represents the flow histogram obtained with an isotype-matched, irrelevant control antibody. The right-hand panel represents flow results with the anti-CXCR4 antibody.
