Immunohistochemical detection of GPIb-IX.

Acetone-fixed frozen sections from normal (untreated) mice and mice 24 hours after injection of 20 mg/kg LPS were stained for GPIb-IX with p0p 1,4. As a positive control for platelet/megakaryocytic and endothelial expression, sections from normal mice were stained for vWF (left).
