Inhibition of JMML spontaneous CFU-GM colony growth by addition of L-739,749.

L-739,749 was a one-time addition at either 1, 3, 5, or 7 days after establishment of the cultures. Results, expressed as the percentage inhibition of maximal spontaneous CFU-GM colony growth, are the mean of experiments performed in triplicate from patient J97 with JMML.
