(B) Quantitative analysis of the data determined by phosphoimaging of the gels are shown and are expressed as a ratio of the band of interest to the sum of the housekeeping genes L32 and GAPDH. Following the second activation with IPP expression, all of the chemokine receptors were rapidly down-regulated but gradually recovered over time. Data shown are representative of 3 donors.
