Effect of VBL on the proliferation of HUVEC. (A) Low-density cultures (2 × 103 cells per 0.32 cm2 well) were incubated on days 0 and 2 in the specific growth medium with FCS 10% (positive control), the starvation medium (negative control), and in the positive control medium containing each dose of VBL.
