Molecular weight in kb is indicated to the right. (B) Western blot analysis of lysates of purified tonsil cell subpopulations using the EphA2-specific anti-serum. No specific staining was observed with lysates from purified T or B lymphocytes, CD34+ (endothelial) cell, and collagen-adherent cells depleted of CD34+ cells and ephrin-A4 binding cells (“rest adherent').
