Giemsa stains of cytospin preparations from the 2 cell lines derived from blood and skin of animal J94356 (J94356_PBMC and J94356_SKIN, respectively) after 2 months in culture in RPMI with 10% FBS and 20 U/mL of IL-2. High-magnification views (lower panels) show the pleomorphic appearance of these cells with myeloid-like features and presence of mitotic figures.
