Expression of FcγRIIA on the surface of primary rat hepatocyte cultures after Ad vector-mediated gene transfer of FcγRIIA cDNA. Primary hepatocytes were infected with AdFcγRIIA and AdNull at 10 moi. After 48 hours, cells were incubated with anti-FcγRIIA monoclonal antibody for 30 minutes, washed, and labeled with FITC-conjugated goat antimouse F(ab′)₂ IgG for 30 minutes, washed, and fixed in 1% paraformaldehyde.
