Effect of GST-RAP and mannan on the plasma clearance of t-PA in control and EE-treated mice. As described in Materials and Methods, EE- or vehicle-treated mice received injections into a tail vein with 15 μg of recombinant human t-PA, 1 minute after preadministration of 40 mg/kg body weight GST-RAP or PBS (A) or 1 to 3 minutes after preadministration of mannan or PBS (B). Blood samples were collected at the indicated times and t-PA antigen concentrations were determined by ELISA. Data points are the mean ± SD of 4 or 5 mice in each treatment group.
