Effect of neutralizing antibodies against IL-1β and IL-1 on the ability of IL-1β and HS-5 conditioned medium (HS-5 CM) to inhibit GFP-CMV. The cells were cultured in the presence or absence of IL-1β (left panel) and HS-5 CM (right panel) with or without antibodies for 2 days before infection with GFP-CMV.
