Kinetic studies of ATRA effect on p21 expression in OPM-2 and C5 cells. Nuclear extracts from control cells and cells treated with 10−6 mol/L ATRA for 24 and 48 hours were analyzed by Western blot. The blots were sequentially stripped and probed with antibodies to p21 and CDK2.
