Peptide sensitivity of in vitro-induced MUC1-specific CTL. T2 cells were incubated with titrated amounts of the MUC1 peptides M1.1 and M1.2 as well as the influenza matrix protein peptide IMP. Corresponding specific CTL were added to the target cells incubated with the cognate peptide at a ratio of 20:1.
