Cellular response of +/+, mi/mi,Mi^or/Mi^or andMi^wh/Mi^wh CMCs at various concentrations of rmSCF was measured with means of MTT colorimetric assay. Three independent experiments were performed with comparable results, and the result of a representative experiment is shown. Each point represents the mean of triplicate samples.
