NaF affects tyrosine phosphorylation of Lyn, pp60, pp69, Syk, and pp77 from the initial phase of stimulation, resulting in inhibition of cell polarization and cytoadhesion. Cyt.D suppresses not only tyrosine phosphorylation of Syk and pp77, but also cytoadhesion by inhibiting cell polarization through disruption of the actin cytoskeleton.
