Shown are the overlayed sensorgrams obtained after the injection of 1.75, 3.5, and 7 μmol/L concentrations of the F(ab′)2fragments. The signal corresponding to the binding of the same concentrations of F(ab′)2 to a sham-treated uncoated sensor chip was deduced from total recorded binding by using the BIAevaluation software (Pharmacia).
