Linear relationship between ▵ MFI of cells incubated with anti–E-selectin MoAb and percentage of cell population in G₂/M. ▵MFI versus the percentage of HDMEC in G₂/M was plotted in a scatter graph format. Cells were nonstimulated (+) or treated with 0.2 μg/mL LPS for 16 hours (▾). Data from 17 experiments, including those shown in Fig 1 and Table 1, were used for this analysis.
