Kinetics of MO7e cell adhesion to immobilized fibronectin. MO7e cells stimulated with or without anti-CD43 MoAb (clone DF-T1) and goat antimouse IgG were distributed in fibronectin-coated 96-well plate. The plate was incubated for the indicated time periods at 37°C and subjected to adhesion assay.
