(A) For NF-κB DNA binding, NEs prepared from parental ARP-1 transfectants treated with and without Dex (0.1 μmol/L) for the indicated times were examined by EMSA. (B) Parental ARP-1 cells treated as described above were double stained with annexin-V-FITC and propidium iodide and analyzed for annexin-V binding by flow cytometry. Numbers within dot plots represent percentages of cells in early apoptosis (annexin V+/PI−; lower right) and in late apoptosis and necrosis (annexin V+/PI+; upper left).
