Testing the reproducibility of the CAFC assay. CAFC day-35 frequencies were measured in two independent experiments over a 2-year interval using six different mouse strains as marrow donors. In each experiment cells from three mice were pooled. Results are given as mean values, and 95% confidence intervals are indicated.
