Influence of trolox and BA on NO-mediated apoptosis in APO-S Jurkat cells. Cells were incubated with NO donor GTN (0.2 mmol/L), trolox (5 mmol/L), and with BA (60 μmol/L) for 24 hours. Percentage of apoptotic cells was measured by the DNA-release assay using treatment with a hypotonic PI solution at 4°C overnight in the dark followed by flow cytometric analysis.
