AGM cells cocultured with OP9 cells differentiated into Gr-1⁺ (granulocytes), Mac-1⁺ (monocytes/macrophages), TER119⁺(erythroid lineage cells), and B220⁺ cells (B lymphocytes). CD4⁺ or CD8⁺ cells (T lymphocytes) were not detected. For all fractions, 10⁴cells were counted for each analysis, and normal control was <10¹.
