Percentages of c-kit^dimlin⁻ (A) and c-kit^brightlin⁻ (B) apoptotic cells in BM of CCR2 (−/−) and (+/+) mice. The cells were gated separately from the remainder of the BM population and analyzed for apoptosis (MC540 binding).
