Death of tetramer-specific A2 Gag cells in vivo before and after infusion. The A2 Gag clone (before infusion) and PBMC obtained from the patient at the time-points indicated were stained with anti–CD8-tricolor, Gag-specific tetramer-PE, and Annexin-V-FITC.
